The Science of High Performing IT Teams – Culture, Credibility, and Collaboration featuring Elizabeth Freedman, Principal, Bates Communications In today's fast-paced, global, digital world, it's more important than ever for IT teams to be high performing. Yet, functioning as a team can be hard and failure costly.
