SIM Boston Conscious Inclusion

Program Summary

Our Conscious Inclusion Special Interest Group (SIG) seamlessly connects all areas within our chapter.

The committee meets monthly to identify opportunities for development and growth within SIM Boston's ecosystem. Additionally, we host two to three DEI and leadership-focused events annually.

This program is open to all SIM members and all non-SIM members.

SIM Boston Conscious Inclusion Mission Statement

SIM Boston recognizes the value, importance, and necessity of a diverse community within technology.

Through our Conscious Inclusion SIG, we are promoting innovation that broadens our perspectives and collective experience as well as creating a more valuable network.

SIM Boston embraces diversity and promotes a culture where everyone feels welcomed, accepted, and valued as a member.

We work with our program leaders to create consciously inclusive networking spaces that are accessible and welcoming to all technology practitioners.

In partnership with SIM National, we support multiple professional development programs for every level of leadership so technology leaders in all stages can invest in themselves.

We invest in organizations across New England who are creating diverse and effective talent pools for the next generation of technology leaders.
