February SIM Women Meeting

  
SIM Women launched its new year of programming with a workshop led by Sandy Silk, "From Surviving to Thriving as an 'Only' in IT Leadership". Participants examined the causes of negative self-talk and how to move past it, how to convey confidence and presence through purpose-driven goals, and the benefits of inviting connections to help each other. Everyone left with a strong sense of community plus helpful tips to improve their self-confidence and leadership skills immediately.
