February Service Desk Roundtable


Our first 2020 Service Desk Roundtable was a fantastic meeting to kickoff the year. We met at Abiomed in Danvers, and many of us found the CIO view on IT services refreshing, especially for our group. Core focus for IT: Empathy, Personalization, Communication and Proactive.

Our main topics, Data Privacy and Self-Service, were thoroughly discussed with common themes across all participants. The approach and solutions that worked will help others as they engage within their own companies. A topic not on the agenda became an in-depth review and will also be a topic for our next meeting, so stay tuned!

Plans for our next SDRT on May 5 are already underway and we look forward to seeing you there.
