The CIO Roundtable convened with a mix of in-person and remote attendees, using our new Owl cameras. We had a stimulating conversation led by Alan Nance, Co-Founder and President, XLA Collab. The group did a deep dive into the concept of experience management, highlighting XLAs over SLAs and ultimately optimizing employee experience in the digital age. The group later attended Ruth's Chris for an outstanding holiday dinner.
