March 2020 Virtual Service Desk Roundtable

  

The Service Desk Roundtable members have been providing updates to each other over the past few weeks during this tumultuous time. We decided to have a virtual meeting to ask a few more in-depth questions and get feedback from multiple people. It was a dynamic conversation and touched on many topics. It went so well, we are starting to schedule the next virtual meeting which will review lessons learned and management challenges.
